3. Task2：科技类话题，
题目翻译：因为电脑科技可以替代公共图书馆的功能，所以花钱维护公共图书馆是一种浪费钱的举动。同意不同意？
从题型上来讲，这是非常典型的“同意不同意类”的题目。在分析这个题目的时候应该注意分析其题眼所在。整个题目是一个因果关系的命题，即“因为电脑科技可以替代公共图书馆的功能，所以花钱维护公共图书馆是一种浪费钱的举动”。考生需要论证自己同意或者不同意这个命题，在仔细分析后不难发现这个命题有两条主线：1。因果关系是否成立;2。电脑科技是否能够取代公共图书馆。文章应该将上述两条主线都要提到，这样才能证有较高的文章解析程度。
在分析好题目之后就可以开始谋篇布局。一般来讲结构有两种，即常见的“五段式”或者“四段式”。“五段式”是指Introduction和Conclusion各写一段，然后文章主体部分用三个理由段落来论证自己观点，而“四段式”的差别就是主体段落只用两个理由段落来论证。“五段式”结构层次感强，作者表态鲜明有力，较为推荐这种结构，即
