　　小作文：动态饼图

 

　　大作文：Nowadays, people always throw old things away and buy new things, whereas in the past, old things were repaired and used again. What factors cause this phenomenon? What effects does the phenomenon lead to?

　　1.本次考试Task 1动态饼图，美国进口的鱼类来源以及鱼类进口总值，难度偏低。

 

　　Task 2是12年雅思考试的旧题，是report题型中的原因和影响，难度中等。

 

　　2.整体分析：

 

　　Task 1：动态饼图。整体上，美国鱼类进口总值在1998年、2002年以及2007年呈现缓步上升的趋势。同时，在美国进口鱼类来源的国家中，大家需要对美国、中国以及其他国家进行对比，并且分析他们在三年来的一个变化趋势。应该来说，此次小作文整体难度偏低。注意点：1.注意三个鱼类来源国家的写作顺序;2.注意趋势表达句型的丰富性，同时需要注意三个来源国家的比较;3.注意文章的连贯性和流畅性：善用代词以及对名词进行替换

　　开头段：It is said that we are entering a “throw away” society, which means that people tend to throw away old things and buy new ones. (背景句)There are several factors behind this phenomenon.

 

　　原因：

 

　　一、最主要的原因在于人们生活水平的提高。(The main reason for the trend is the increasingly improved standard of living)如今的人们，并不像父辈那样，他们有钱去更换自认为破旧的东西。(Unlike the generation of their parents and grandparents, people nowadays have the financial capacity to replace old things if they think these things are worn-out.)更高的工资水平能让他们能更自由地追求新产品而很少考虑价格。(The higher income allows people to enjoy more freedom in pursuing new products, with little regard for the prices.)

 

　　二、由科技的进步促进产品生产力的提升是另一个原因。(The productivity is also enhanced due to technical innovation, leading to the constant upgrading of various goods and lower prices. )

 

　　三、除了从经济和科技角度来考虑，我们还可以从消费者这一角度来考虑。人们缺少环境保护的意识以及盲目跟风。(Apart from economic and technical reasons, other factors include people’s lack of awareness of environmental protection and their tendency of following the fashion. 比如说，许多人每天为了方便使用一次性的产品，对于产品对环境的影响却漠不关心。(for example, some people use disposable products foe convenience every day, paying little attention to the impact on the environment.)同时，人们物质化的互相攀比导致人们将大笔的钱挥霍在衣服、鞋子以及化妆品上。(Also, some people compete over material things and they squander their money on clothes, shoes, cosmetics and so on.)

 

　　影响：

 

　　这里的影响大家可以运用让步段的写法来写。可以先写这一现象造成了什么好的影响，然后再来重点写坏的影响。

 

　　好的影响：这样一种生活方式在一定程度上促进了消费。(This “throw away” lifestyle, to some extent, stimulates consumption and increases the sales of consumer goods.)

 

　　坏的影响：However, its negative consequences are also obvious.

 

　　一、导致能源和资源的短缺

 

　　Because of the increasing demand for new products, the consumption of fuel and raw materials go up year by year, which give rise to severe shortage of energy and resources.

 

　　二、导致环境污染

 

　　Also, the disposal of wastes is a trouble task and these wastes often cause pollution to air, water and soil, deteriorating the environment of our planet.

 

　　三、造成攀比之风

 

　　It may lead to incorrect values among the general public, with some people competing over material things.
