　　大作文：Some people think the government should invest more in teaching science than other subjects in order for a country to develop and progress. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

　　Task 1：静态，表格，The table below gives the information of the consumption and production of potatoes in five regions in the world in 2006.

　　Task 2教育类话题(难度适中)

　　题目翻译：一些人认为为了一个国家的发展和进步，政府的大部分资金应该投资在科学教育上，而不是其他学科，你多大程度上同意这种观点。

　　分析点评：今天的雅思写作task2依旧延续了出老题的思路。本题的写作方向比较灵活，可以持肯定的态度：投资科学能够促进科学的发展和技术的进步、科技创新的成果在生产领域得到应用，能够极大的提高生产力;当然，也可以持相反的观点：投资其他学科能够促进学生全面的发展，为社会培养合格的人才。此外，决定国家发展、进步的不仅仅是科学，也包括其他领域，如：历史、法律等;考生可以根据自己的擅长有侧重点的来写，同时需要注意体现出辩证性。

　　投资科学：

　　science drives the national economy since most modern industries, such as robotics and telecommunications, are based on high technology(科学推动着国民经济，因为大多数现代工业，如机器人和电信，都是基于高科技);

　　the whole nation benefits from high-tech manufacturing, which provides jobs and boosts incomes, thereby improving living standards(整个国家都受益于高科技制造业，它提供了就业机会，提高了收入，从而提高了生活水平)

　　投资其他科目：

　　art and humanities should not be excluded from academic investigation since history, literature, and law represent and define the nation(艺术和人文不应该被排除在学术研究之外，因为历史、文学和法律是国家的代表和定义);

　　the evolution of human civilization has been the result of science and culture(人类文明的发展是科学和文化的结果);

　　non-scientific research is necessary to support the education system in giving children a complete and balanced foundation(非科学研究是必要的，以支持教育系统，给孩子一个完整和平衡的学习基础)
